I recently purchased a Jinhao 80 fountain pen from Pens Galaxy BD, and I must say my experience with them was excellent. I had originally ordered the fine nib variant, which was the last piece available on their website. However, they quickly contacted me when they realized it was out of stock and politely informed me about the extra fine nib option. Their customer service was professional, transparent, and very courteous, which I truly appreciate.
As for the pen itself, I am highly impressed! The design and feel are outstanding, making it a joy to hold and use. Initially, I was a bit skeptical about its writing performance since it’s a Chinese brand, but to my surprise, it writes smoothly and effortlessly. The ink flow is consistent, and it delivers a great writing experience.
Another major plus is the converter capacity—it holds more ink than many other fountain pens, which is a huge advantage for long writing sessions. Given how much I am enjoying this pen, I’m considering it as one of my primary pens alongside my Pilot Metropolitan.
