Meaning of Disposable - Intended to be thrown away after use.
That being said, there are lots of YouTube videos on 'How to refill a Pilot Varsity Pen'. If you want to refill your VPen check the YouTube videos and follow the technique to reuse this pen. We're keeping this review for our future customers to understand.
