Due to the nature of this material, each pen will vary in color, making each pen a bit unique.
The TWSBI Vac700R Iris comes with a vacuum filler mechanism. This fountain pen features a clear demonstrator body with rainbow-colored iridescent trim and a stainless steel nib accented with iridescent color. No two are exactly alike.
TWSBI's belief is that it is important to allow the user to disassemble and reassemble the pen and completely experience the traditional aspects of owning and using a fountain pen. These pens also come packaged with a wrench and silicone grease. Neither of these accessories are intended to be used immediately, as they are for long-term care and maintenance.
Additionally, please use extra care if you choose to disassemble the nib and feed, as the feed is very fragile. If you're taking apart this pen, note that the mechanism on the Vac700R removes out of the pen in a counter-clockwise direction. This is the opposite direction from other TWSBI pens like the 580.

I bought the Iris after my extremely pleasant experience with the Eco. This is quite a step up from from the Eco in terms of quality and fit and finish. The Nib is size is 6 and the M is just M, no thicker no thinner, perfectly buttery smooth. Bear in mind this is a chonky pen and has a bit of weight to it which makes it feel quite good in the hands but you cannot use this posted because of the cap design and overall length. This is an eye grabber and a conversation starter, if you are an extrovert, this is your ideal pen. The ink looks amazing in the vacuum chamber and gives the pen its body color. For the price this is a no brainer, extremely good quality and beautiful. Once PGBD brings in the vacuum assist twsbi bottles, filling this full should be really easy.
